Designed to remove and restore severe tension, deep tissue massage, muscle manipulation techniques, trigger points through out the body to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion, stretch and warm up muscles, speeds up the process of healing injuries below the surface includes hot pack therapy to loosen up stiff/tense muscles and increase blood circulation.
